Our Team - Sharon Creasor

Sharon Creasor is a Senior Consultant with Municipal Solutions. She has ownership in the company 'Creasor building designs'.

Sharon is currently working as a creative, enterprising Architectural Technologist with a proven background in the construction drawings of custom residences, production homes, small buildings, and large building alterations.

Mrs. Creasor has knowledge in custom homes to suit individual taste, budget and energy footprint, conceptual designs for residential and small commercial buildings, financing and/or planning approvals, large building retrofits for change of use, and landlord’s work or tenant improvements.

Sharon has an extensive understanding and work experience as she has worked for Cassidy & Co. where she worked on unique projects as a project manager for country homes and Liza homes. Sittings included infill plans, program compliance, committee of adjustments and planning departments and approvals, and Architectural Control Guidelines and program compliance.

She also worked for FIRM associates and Architectural firms. FIRM associates is where she headed production for the architectural department in firm of consulting engineers and architects, and she was involved in life safety assessment, energy audits and their retrofit designs. Architectural firms gave her jobs such as working on drawings and contract management for multi-unit residential projects with Young & Wright architects, including Empire plaza and prominence place. Sharon has done work drawings for police stations with Leslie Rebanks Architect as well as contract management and working drawings for industrial projects, commercial retrofits and interior design with Juilan Jacobs Architects.

Mrs. Creasor had an education at Ryerson University with a B. Tech in Architectural Science, Design Option.
