  1. Produce due diligence information on the property.
  2. Meet with municipal planning departments to discuss potential issues as well as requirements related to tenant uses, zoning, parking etc.
  3. Meet with engineering staff to discuss potential issues and requirements such as entrances, distances and road improvements.
  4. Assist clients in preliminary site layout to maximize potential of property.
  5. Research utility issues on the site, such as location and estimated costs in doing so.
  6. Prepare preliminary site development budget.
  7. Assist clients to hire and negotiate with Site Civil Engineer to obtain boundry survey and Topo if needed.
  8. Assist clients to hire the right environmental consultants in the area, if needed.
  9. Prepare estimated project schedule.
