  1. Produce Due Diligence information on the property.
  2. Meet with Municipal planning departments to discuss potential issues and requirements related to tenant uses, zoning, parking etc.
  3. Meet with engineering staff to discuss potential issues and requirements such as entrances, distances and road improvements.
  4. Assist client in preliminary site layout to maximize potential of property.
  5. Research utility issues on the site, such as location and estimated costs in doing so.
  6. Assist client to hire and negotiate with site civil engineer to obtain boundry survey and topo if needed.
  7. Assist client to hire and negotiate with architect to prepare necessary building evaluations and plans.
  8. Prepare and submit Municipal Site Plan permit and building applications.
  9. Attend required Municipal meetings to siteplan approval.
