Our Services - Building Design
- Assist client to hire and negotiate with architect to prepare the necessary building evaluation and plans.
- Co-ordinate with Site Civil Engineer to obtain final site plan construction drawings.
- Co-ordinate with designer to obtain building plan approval, if needed.
- Prepare and submit Municipal site plan permit and building applications.
- Attend required Municipal meetings to site plan approval.
- Assist client to bid and negotiate site work. Review property and recommend selection of site and general contractors.
- Assist client with posting Municipal securities.
- Provide recommendations for value engineering.
